SaltStack Lead Development Reps are primarily responsible for helping leads/prospects continue to advance in their buying journey by answering questions and articulating Salt’s unique value proposition. The leads have already demonstrated interest by filling out web forms, attending events, or downloading Salt's tarball. Your job is to be helpful and friendly. In this function you will perfect the messaging required to advance in a sales career at Salt. You will use social, email, online chat, and the phone to connect with our inbound prospects. Leads will primarily consist of large to mid-size companies across North America and you will be assigned a territory to call your own.
